Light Up the Night

Most of the time, I am wearing heels, booties, and any uncomfortable shoe one can think of but when I'm not wearing those I put my NIKE'S on. My feet love my Nike Free Run's 4.0, they are amazing the cushion on the inside are amazing. Mine are orange and grey, bought mine from Nordstrom webiste, since I know if they didn't fit properly I could return without having any issues. I have worn my Nike's to the store, out and about, to hike mt woodson trail which is tough 8 mile hike. They are still in great condition after one year of wear. Nike Free Run can be bought at about any major retailer that carry sneakers or running shoes, I also use mine for the gym and to run.

Do`lce

Bath and Bodyworks are currently having their Semi Annual sale, I decided I go in there in the mist of their crazy sale. Normally things are picked over  but luckily they had a few treasures left , the Do`lce scented candle from the Gelto collection. It's very similar to vanilla or a sugar cookie scent and it's not overbearing. My guy roommates and I enjoy it so far.

Monday Morning Film

The first movie I watched this year is The Wolf Of Wall Street , I went to see the film on a Monday Morning. The anticipation was well worth it , I had been waiting since the rumor mill begin about the film. It's 2 hour and 59 Minutes, it is directed by Martin Scorsese it is based on a true story revolving former stockbroker Jordan Belfort. I don't want to give too much of the film away but it is amazing, but a fair warning there are lots of intimate scene, tons of cursing , and narcotics so if any of those things will turn your stomach or the person you want to see it with than don't see it. It is rated R for a reason but other than that it is a great film, with Leonardo Dicaprio playing the leading role with Jonah Hill playing his right hand man. The film is great.

Formula & Brush

After using M.A.C mascara for the last few years, I decided to change it up. Maybelline has always been a brand that I feel is very compatible to high end cosmetics, they make great products for half the price. I come to realize that the brand of cosmetics does not really matter, it's the product, formula, and the packaging that counts. Those are the key pieces to a great product. For mascara it's the formal and the brush that will make it a good product, the Mega Plush Volume Express by Maybelline New York is the product I decide to be my must have item 2014. In the past I did my mascara shopping based on the name but now it's based on the brush and formula. The reason I do like the Mega Plush is because the volume and length it adds to my lashes without an eyelash curler, I have always been nervous that my eye lid would get stuck in there, sounds silly but that is one reason I like this mascara because i do not have to use an eyelash curler.

Lip Crush

      Once a gloss girl, now a lip stick lady. Rebel by M.A.C was my first lip crush, I went to get my make up done for my birthday one year. I recall telling the artist to make me "hot", as she was doing my make up I took note of her applying the lipstick, I told her " no I don't wear lipstick" her response was "I thought you said you want to look hot" . So i let her finish than I took the mirror to look at her work but the lipstick actually looked good. That was my first encounter with lip stick , my first lip stick, a few months later I got another on. My second go to lipstick is Media by M.A.C, before the deep red was popular I was already in love with it. Now it's a very popular color , there are dupes in other brands that I haven't used yet but I plan to try them out soon. Third times a charm they say, there have been so many shades of red but only one that looks nice on me, Diva every lady should have a red lipstick. Those are my top three lipsticks but I also use a few others Nude from the Rihanna collection, RiRi Woo, and my latest Cyber all crushes that I grown to love.

A Soft Linger

For years I have been against fragrances but that has changed. Since my first encounter with Flowerbomb Eau Extreme by Viktor & Rolf earlier this year. The soft scent lingers but not over powering, the " Eau Extreme" I bought mine from Nordstrom It's an exclusive scent by Viktor & Rolf for Nordstrom's, the scent was developed in France, I feel like a lady when ever I wear it. It leads me to feel that every lady should be wearing a scent, it took me years to find a fragrance that is soft to my liking, most fragrances cause me to feel sick.  Before I bought Flowerbomb, I would get sample sizes of it to test it out. Than I figure I should treat myself to something special for my birthday this year, best gift I have bought for myself so far. I paid 135 for mine, its the 1.7 oz bottle, I think it's perfect for anyone who would like a soft floral scent. But if your not to sure, I would try a few testers before buying.

Herchel Supply Co "Sydney" review

 A month ago I bought a new backpack for school, it took me a while to find something I liked. The main thing was something with comfortable straps since it will be filled with books and I also was looking for a bag that is good quality with that being said i went on the hunt. My freshman year I had a Northface bag that I adored and made it through two years before all the school, hiking, and sleepover supplies took a toll on it. What I actually ended up doing is trying on backpacks in different stores, the one brand that had straps that did not seem like they would hurt and could handle all the books is the Herchel (Sydney) style bag. It's been a month since I bought it;  it is really comfortable and holds up well. I still love the Northface bags and hope to find another but for the time being my Herchel is pretty goo, the bag has nice interior decor.  Below I will list some store's that are carrying the sydney style the bag.
